Charming stay with some quirks

The hotel's grand facade instantly draws you in, echoing its history. My room was spacious with excellent cleanliness, and the bar offered reasonably priced snacks that was awesome.

Incredibly comfortable location for our visit to Old Town at a medium distance from the hotel. Comfortable bed, big bathroom and central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. Easy check-in, parking on site.

poor maintenance

Wonderful location near the vibrant city center.

I experienced numerous issues that are unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. First, I was given a standard double room with various maintenance flaws like a broken bathroom door and a toilet paper dispenser that didn't function properly. Adding to the disappointment, I discovered the kitchenette had a short, unsafe kettle plug and my room was infiltrated by a cleaning staff that barged in unannounced, invading my privacy while I was still in the room!
